I am Charbel Azar—a husband to a wonderful wife, a proud father to two
inspiring teenagers, and someone who has devoted his life to driving
change, fostering learning, and managing projects that make a difference.
My journey has been one of continuous evolution, guided by an
unrelenting passion for education, development, and transformation.
Early Life and Education
Since my early days, I developed a deep appreciation for learning and
diversity. My love for languages—English, French, Arabic, and Spanish—
mirrors my commitment to bridging gaps and fostering connections, both personally and professionally. I have also had the privilege of traveling to and experiencing life in many different countries. This passion for learning led me to pursue my Doctorate which I finally earned in 2024.

during which I’ve led transformative initiatives across industries. From

change management frameworks, my work has always centred on

Teaching has always been a profound joy. Whether delivering workshops or mentoring students, I’ve found immense satisfaction in empowering others to achieve their potential. Education, to me, is not just a profession —it’s a calling. In recent years, I’ve extended this calling to writing, sharing my knowledge and insights through books. My works focus on change embracing and project management. These books reflect my dedication to making complex concepts accessible and practical, helping readers bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.
A Family-Centred Life
While my professional life has been dynamic and fulfilling, my greatest joy comes from my family. My two incredible teenagers inspire me daily with their curiosity, resilience, and boundless energy. My parents, brothers, and sisters have been a source of unwavering support and love throughout my life. They have shaped my values, guided me through challenges, and celebrated my successes as if they were their own. They remind me that life’s most meaningful projects are not the ones we build alone, but those we nurture with the people we hold dear.
